Dive Deeper

Pilates studios have long-been exclusive spaces full of ballerinas and ladies of leisure. The experience of walking in to a studio where the front desk girl sizes you up with disdain and the teacher doesn't feel comfortable working with all bodies is enough to make us want to pack up our grip socks and run. So we said ENOUGH of the judgey side-eye, obsession with thinness and competitive culture and opened our own place where all bodies and walks of life are welcome.

We really care about our students, and we want you to get strong, feel amazing, and work out safely. We want you to feel supported while you build strength, flexibility, mobility and confidence in your body.

It’s the highlight of my day! All the instructors are wonderful and have something different to offer. Both studios are super welcoming to every body. My friends are probably tired of me talking about Pilates so much but it is truly a great experience every time!

The Highlight of My Day

Wild Lemon has become one of my favorite places in Pensacola. The staff go above and beyond for all of their students and make this a place that keeps you coming back. I had never tried a true Pilates class before coming here almost 2 years ago and now I can never go back. Don't miss out on the best spaces to workout in Pensacola!

They create such a welcoming and inclusive experience for anyone and everyone interested in attending. Classes at wild lemon have easily become the best part of my day - I always leave feeling mentally and physically refreshed!

The Best Part of My Day

I’ve tried a few different classes at Wild Lemon and they’ve all been enjoyable. Reformer classes with Brandi R. have been my new favorite thing to look forward too each week. Their private session to get you comfortable is also a blessing! Highly recommend. Super friendly and inclusive staff and workouts for everyone.

Super Friendly & Inclusive

Inclusive! Fun! Motivating! I was very anxious to start any kind of group class, especially a type of movement I had never done, and I was able to ease in so comfortably here! Every instructor has been welcoming and kind. I am still working through their list of different types of classes and love the variety offered.

Inclusive! Fun! Motivating!

You will not find a more supportive environment to meet your health and fitness goals! All of the instructors are incredible, and it is so nice to see so many different kinds of people in classes—all ages, genders, and body types. Pilates is for every body!

If you want to change up your workout routine, or challenge yourself, this is such a fun and encouraging environment to be that you don't feel intimidated going into it. Go in with an open mind, and you'll leave feeling proud for pushing yourself and stepping out of your comfort zone.

You'll Leave Feeling Proud

I have been going to classes for about 2 months now, and I can say that Pilates is changing my life in every aspect. I started going because it felt like the best workout for me, someone lacking motivation but wanting to feel healthier and build strength and confidence. Over the weeks, I am feeling more confident with my body.

Every instructor I’ve had brings something different to every class. Even on a rough day, the instructors are always encouraging and remind me to listen to my body. I would recommend Wild Lemon to anyone looking for a different studio or to start out new. I look forward to class anytime I book and leave feeling better!

I've never really been a gym person, but the vibes at Wild Lemon are unlike any gym I've ever been to. It's a radically welcoming environment from the moment you walk in the door. It's so fun and challenging in all the right ways. Kylie is an amazing and caring instructor, offering a ton of 1:1 coaching and modifications where needed.

The Wild Lemon Studios

two spaces; endless variety

After a lifetime of struggling with body dysmorphia and eating disorders, I discovered group fitness in my early 30’s, which led to opening Wild Lemon in 2017. Attending classes helped heal my relationship with my body, and I love how practicing Pilates is as much of a mental challenge as a physical one.

My passion for my practice led me to pursue my instructor certification in 2019. I'm a manifester and forever a student — I seek out education to better serve my students, apprentices, and teachers at the studios.

In addition to group classes, I offer private Pilates sessions and love working with rehab clients, pre-and-postnatal clients, and anybody wanting to learn to appreciate how incredible their body is. I'm an anatomy geek, obsessed with building community, and love sharing my philosophy of mindful movement with others.

Welcome to my Pilates playground, Wild Lemon.

Hey, friends. I'm

chief movement officer (aka "the nice one")

The quality of our teachers and their complete adherence to our policies, values, and beliefs is of the utmost importance to me. You can be sure that any movement coach who teaches at Wild Lemon has been personally and thoroughly vetted by me to not only have a comprehensive knowledge of Pilates, fitness, and movement but to also uphold our core values in every class, with every student — always.

We take what we do extremely seriously but ourselves — not so much. We know how to have a good time, curate a kickass playlist, and cheer you on when you master a movement you've been working on for a while.

I want every Lemon to know that, regardless of who's teaching the class, they are going to feel safe, supported, and challenged every time they come to the studios.

The Most Fun, Committed Crew Around

Meet the team

the one with the best playlists

Brandi is a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor through Balanced Body as well as a TRX coach. Her carefully curated playlists enhance the flow of the workout, creating a seamless fusion of movement and music that keeps students motivated and engaged throughout. Whether it's mastering a challenging Pilates move or conquering a TRX exercise, she empowers her students to embrace their potential and celebrate their progress.

the one who helps you find your core

Beth is a comprehensively certified Pilates Instructor. Her teaching style is fun, dynamic, engaging and motivated with an emphasis on safety and efficiency of movement. Beth's classes focus on improving posture, muscle tone and flexibility as well as balanced movement and coordination and her sense of humor will keep you entertained throughout every session.

the classical one

Michelle is a second generation Pilates teacher who grew up taking Fletcher-style Pilates sessions taught by her mom! Michelle is comprehensively trained in classical Pilates and has been teaching for 4 years. She would describe her teaching style as a balance between contemporary and classical Pilates styles.

the sweet one

Matea is a Pilates Apprentice, working toward completing her Comprehensive Pilates Certification. She is a passionate teacher who loves the way the Pilates method has made her feel so strong and safe in her body and who wants to share that love of the method with you. She likes to encourage her students to slow down and connect with their bodies and breath during class.

the spicy one

SJ has always loved fitness and movement, which led her to get her mat Pilates certification in 2020 and learn to teach TRX in 2023. SJ is warm, welcoming and loves teaching Pilates but don’t let that sweet smile fool you - she’ll have those muscles shaking in no time! She wants her students to feel energized, strong, and empowered both as they're moving through her classes and after they leave as they move through their day-to-day.

Kiley’s partner in life and business, Bill, is our resident Mr. Fixit, biggest cheerleader and support system. When he’s not making small repairs around the studios, picking up Pilates equipment or helping out with operations, he’s practicing Pilates or working on his real estate business, Bill Manning Real Estate.

what's your policy on devices in the studios?

When a spot opens, every wait-lister gets the same text message and/or email that a spot is available. The first to respond gets the spot. Please consider a “waitlist” reservation the same way you would a booked reservation and be prepared to come to class. The waitlist closes 30 minutes prior to any scheduled class start time. If you are added to the class from the waitlist and do not show up to the class or have to cancel, late cancel and/or no-show fees will apply.

what's the deal with the waitlist?

Members may bring one guest per month, for free! To bring a guest, please shoot us an email to hello@wildlemonstudios.com requesting a spot in the desired class and if there is space, we’ll hold a spot for them. Be sure your guest arrives 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled class start time to allow us to add them into the system and get them settled in.

can i bring a guest to class?

No refunds are offered for unused class credits. Bookings can be canceled up to 10 hours prior to the class/session start time with no charge, and the credits used for the reservation will be automatically returned to your account.
