Pilates studios have long been exclusive spaces full of ballerinas and ladies of leisure. Walking into a studio where you feel judged, overlooked or uncomfortable in your own body is enough to make anyone want to pack up their grip socks and run.
So we created something different.
Wild Lemon is a welcoming Pilates studio offering reformer Pilates, mat Pilates and private instruction for every body, every background and every experience level. We believe movement should help you build strength, mobility, flexibility and confidence, not insecurity.
We care deeply about our students and want you to feel supported while you move, grow stronger and safely challenge your body in a space where you genuinely belong.
The quality of our teachers and their dedication to our policies, values, and beliefs is second to none. You can be sure that any movement coach who teaches at Wild Lemon has been personally and thoroughly vetted to not only have a comprehensive knowledge of Pilates, fitness, and movement but to also uphold our core values in every class, with every student, always.
We take what we do extremely seriously but ourselves? Not so much. We know how to have a good time, curate a kickass playlist, and cheer you on when you master a movement you've been working on for a while.
We want every Lemon to know that, regardless of who's teaching the class, you are going to feel safe, supported, and challenged every time you visit us.
At Wild Lemon, movement isn’t just exercise, it’s a conversation between your body, your breath, and your awareness.
As a Movement Coach, I guide people toward a deeper understanding of the connection between how they move and how they feel. My approach blends Pilates, mindful movement, and functional training to help you build mental and physical strength & resilience that actually serves you in daily life, not just in the studio.
Each session is designed to help you move with ease, stability, and confidence, restoring balance where life’s habits have taken hold. Whether you’re recovering, rebuilding, or refining, we’ll explore movement as both practice and process, and a way to rediscover strength, clarity, and self-trust.
Welcome to my Pilates Playground, Wild Lemon.
